· Be sure that the only date entered manually is the project start date
· Add milestones
· Add dependencies making sure that all tasks ( except the topmost item) have predecessor(s) and all tasks ( except the ending milestone) have successor(s)
· Add task duration estimates
· Identify the critical path
· Write a BRIEF summary that explains your approach to the estimates and lists the tasks in the critical path.
Note: This is your SCHEDULE BASELINE. You will use it in your final Project Plan at the end of the term.
