Diversity at workplace:
If we see the definition then we can say that diversity means understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing their individual differences. Diversity can also mean that people are from different ethnic backgrounds, race, religion and countries. This also means that we should respect each one and embrace the difference among the group and stay as a cohesive unit during the course of the journey. In fact, diversity is much more than just only race and gender, which are the most common things that come to our mind when we talk about it. It is in fact something which can also include the cognitive aspects in our mind and the personality traits.
