See-Better Opticians is planning to license a set of franchises in your city. Describe in detail how you would help “frame” the franchise location problem for the firm’s “sight” planners. This is critical since the planners did not provide much “insight” into the problem when the firm last entered a new market. This time around the director of “sight” planning does not want to be embarrassed and does not want to become a “spectacle” when he presents his report to the vice president of strategic planning.
