Obesity can be defined as medical condition because of which excess fat in the body gets accumulated which have negative influence on the health
Obesity means body having excessive accumulation of fat in body. Adults who are beyond 35 years of age and have higher BMI than 30 are considered as obese.
Essentially obesity reduces the life expectancy of the individual as well as advances the risk of various diseases like diabetes and generate different kind of disabilities
