Overview
The categories that have been considered for the time lock that is describing how time is being spent for the last 7 days have been classified into personal time school work leisure and rest. Amongst all these categories the highest time has been allocated for rest. It is relevant to mention that raised reason important aspect and the 8 to 9 hours of sleep every day is beneficial for a healthy lifestyle. Consequently, the second highest time that has been focused on in the time log is the time that is given towards the work. It is important to maintain the daily work and keep up with the work so that they are no backlogs and neither there is any source of pending tasks that can be quite effective in the future with an effective period with period of 45 hours.
The third most important aspect that has been projected in the time log is the aspect of schooling. Schooling is also important for career objectives and for the development of career opportunities. In terms of addressing such aspects, it is obvious that schooling is mandatory for the development of a career and it is taking about a period of 30 hours a week. It has also been observed from the graph that the next most important aspect that is being given the importance of around 25.5 hours is the aspect of leisure. Most of the activities that have been documented under the category of leisure also involve the prospect of getting physical fitness like going to the gym or participating in a football match or a basketball match. The time log and the time if they can have been grassed are graphically represented in the following figure.
