Find the critical value Zc necessary to form a confidence interval the level of confidence shown below.

I have a question, I got 0.07 from dividing .14 divided by 2=0.07 so now I have to go to the table to look up the Zc, what table do I use and how do I use the table?  I appreciate your help.  Thank you
