For example, you could ask the user to enter a starting date and the number of days forward from the given date. Once he or she has made the selection, you can limit the list of appointments displayed in the grid to the chosen date range. If the Tool Strip seems too small to input all of the search information, you can use a button on the Tool Strip to display a small dialog window that gets the date information from the user.
