The major reason behind it is a lack of communication and support from leadership and management. The employees are still following traditional means of managing customer records and interacting with them. As a result, their performance will be questionable and will remain the same till directed change management is followed. When the CRM program is implemented it impacts the team performance. The increase in productivity and team cohesiveness to support each other during demanding times are products of it.
