It also provides training to the individuals who may come across the corruption or bribery problems at the workplace. It is needless to say that being one of the most successful firms in the world this firm has the strongest Code of Conduct, it tends to focus on the risks basically and provides guidance in terms of how to deal and recognise the ethical problems and also provides methods and also policies for reporting any kind of unethical conduct and also helping to create a culture that supports honesty and accountability. On the other hand, the firm has also remained extremely ethical by exercising their obligation towards the sustainability. They have created the Sustainable Work Force that mainly aims on strategic training, hiring, safety, protection as well as healthcare. Furthermore, the firm is also the strongest supporter concerning the education and diversity of the workers.
