Worse scenario: Unfavourable
Competitors: Tangoe & GSG (do not use the names of competitors in reports)
Only do the Middle scenario planning, explain how IBM (TEM) control their steady growth?
Use theories in company strategy such as Diversifying Strategic alliances with competitors, Synergistic strategic alliances and others.
