INTRODUCTION
In population health, policymakers invest considerably in public health campaigns, often with video components shown on television and social media. Some Australian video campaigns have focused on c
hanging behaviour around physical activity and nutrition. Public health campaigns always help for making changes to the healthcare practices and it also helps for modifying the behaviour of the people. According to the words of Hornick (2010) mass media campaigns helps the government for improving the quality of healthcare service and it also helps in managing the healthcare problems faced by the people (Loken et al 2010). For achieving the goals and objectives of health campaigns and programs we have to give importance to the individual approaches, it helps for understanding problems effectively related to each person. We are also using Self-model and Health model theories for analyzing the effectiveness of the camp gain introduced by the Government of Australia productively.

According to the words of Boles (1999) for addressing the chronic disease risks, the government authorities are using mass media campaigns. While analyzing the Swap It, Don't Stop It Australian National Mass Media Campaign we can understand that it helped for making changes to the lifestyle behaviour of the people (Vogt et al 1999). The government implemented the campaign from the period between 2008 and 2011. According to the words of Bellew (2016), the government authorities must use effective strategies and methods for improving the health of the people (Bauman et al 2016). While analyzing the case of Australian government we can understand that the government was successfully implemented mass media campaigns for making changes to the lifestyle patterns of the people. Most of the people in Australia is not concerned about health issues and most of the people are not giving importance to effective healthcare practices. The major reason for introducing mass media campaigns to motivate and improve the awareness level of the people about the different healthcare problems and issues. While analyzing the video we can understand that the government of Australia conducted extensive qualitative research program for implementing the campaign most fruitfully. According to the words of Bauman (2004), the lifestyle of people has been changed, due to the influence of globalization and other recent trends people are adopting risk-free life, in which they are not all interested to spent at least one hour for improving their health (Cavil et al 2004). Bauman (2004) also added that if people are not concerned about their health and life, then it is the duty and responsibility of the government authorities to implement effective healthcare models and practices. One of the best ways for improving the awareness of the people is by introducing effective promotion tools and practices.
