Lawrence Kohlberg identified three stages of moral development. Lawrence Kohlberg first stage 
of moral development is preconvention morality, in this stage of moral development person will 
decide if something is correct according to whether it satisfies their needs at the time. Kohlberg 
second stage of moral development is conventional morality, in this stage of moral development 
person determine what is correct by what they have learned from society and their families. 
Kohlberg last stage of moral development is the philosophical stage, in this stage of moral 
development person judge society as a whole.  Based on the knowledge of what each stage 
represents, I believe, at present time I fit best under the stage four on Kohlberg’s scale.
