1. Satish, a production operator at Syarikat Vanilla Coklat, Senai, Johor, informs that he had returned to his hometown in Muar, Johor on 1 May 2020. While at his hometown he suffered diarrhea due to food poisoning. He saw a doctor in his hometown and obtained a medical certificate for the said day (1 May 2020). Satish returned to work on 3 May 2020 and only then he had submitted his sick leave to his employer. The human resource officer however refused to accept his medical certification and told him that his absent on Tuesday was without consent.
