Answer:- To analyze the
data we use the independent sample t-test ,we know because here we considering two independent groups like hours of sleep in together and apart group these two groups are independent so to comparing these two groups we use independent sample t-test .

Null hypothesis :- The two population means are equal
Alternative hypothesis:- The two population means are not equal
