Ronnie is a 32 year old single male who comes into therapy after a recent incident at work in which he claimed to be Starla, 42 year old married mother of 2. He talked in a woman's voice and his co-workers even noted that he had mannerisms similar to a woman's. As he sits down to talk to the therapist he begins to show some childlike symptoms. The therapist asks his name and he says "My name is Bobby and I'm 6!"
