Name SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT PROJECT CHARTER PROBLEM STATEMENT: Turn- around time from when an in-patient has a CT Scan or MRI to when a Radiologist reads the scan and post the results in PACS. 90% of CT Scan / MRI images for patients in the Cardiothoracic ICU take over 24 to 48 hours to be read by a Radiologist causing a delay of appropriate treatment and ultimately resulting in patient dissatisfaction.
