Riley has been a licensed taxi driver in TX for 21 years. When his physician Dr. Rob gave Riley his annual exam, Rob noted that Riley's heart was beating irregularly and there was a possibility of ventricular damage. This could lead to a heart attack. In Rob's opinion, the irregularities did not appear that serious, although they could worsen. Rob shared his concern with Riley. Riley, wanting to stay with his taxi company to receive the generous pension upon retirement, pleaded with Rob not to reveal this information to anyone.
