Introduction
This particular journal will be reflection of thi
s article such as the importance of the cross-cultural communication for the children and the working families. It is needless to say that ability for communicating effectively with the families and patients play one of the most significant roles for the excellent patient care. Cross cultural communication is a tool which is a way by which people belonging to various cultures are able to communicate with each other. However, LEARN model is highlighted as one of the most useful tool in terms of the cross-cultural communication.

Summary
There are some of the issues that are highlighted in this article concerning communication. Firstly, it is mentioned working with the interpreters can be a problem and especially it happens with the international clients who tend to have the cultural issues. For instance, in this particular case study it is mentioned that two of the boys arrived as a refugee from Iraq and their parents speak Arabic. However, the eldest brother agrees to translate still there was a problem. The main issue was providing a care in a language when a family does not speak well is regarded as the risk factor because of the negative effects concerning the outcomes of the health. Furthermore, it is also mentioned that using a friend or family member for translating must be avoided as it might create confusion and misinterpretation and it is already witnessed in this case (Ladha et al., 2018). For this proper solution is provided that is using cultural interpreters as they are well trained for helping the new families in terms of having proper medical-related conversations. As they will be the right people for providing precise and clear conversations that will consist of the non-verbal cues also. On the other hand, some of the extra tips are also provided such as familiarizing an individual with the professional interpreter services in their area, asking who will be the most proper individual for addressing the questions, etc. This above-mentioned solution can be regarded as quite different when contrasted with the historical approaches as in those approaches they did not mention about the cultural interpreters.
Analysis
The strategy that is discussed in this particular case study addressed the cultural competence successfully because it not only provided the solution in terms of the cultural interpreters but also it also provided some of the additional tips also such as using the Google Translation, asking most proper individual for addressing the questions, etc. Everything as best possible solution is provided against the cultural problem such as communication issue that is faced by the international people when they arrive in a new country for treatment or anything else.
