However, the data reveals that the company is suffering a high level of competition from Johnson and Johnson, Nestle and Mars that affect the global market of the company. This analysis helps the organization to accomplish the right strategy so that they can enhance competitive advantage from the market. From the above analysis, it has also been found that the easy availability of the substitutes also arises as a potential risk (Ullah,2021). However, the continuous launch of the new products with marginal price can be approached by the management to mitigate this threat. Similarly, the overreliance on the retailers is also observed as the major weakness of the company that needs to be mitigated by approving an effective strategy by the authority of the organization (Zhang & Fan,2020). At the same time, the above analysis can help the organization to invest time and money in the sector of Information Technology so that they can utilize the power of social media to promote the business with more effectiveness and can increase its target market.

Top-level of managers
The CEO Alan Jope is in the top rank of the management and recognized as an important part of the top administration of the organizational structure (Magagan & Ngugi, 2021). However, Graeme Pitkethly is recognized as another top-level manager who holds the position of Chief Financial Officer in the organization and essential part of the board of directors of the company. Similarly, he recognized as the General Manager of Unilever PLC.
Business level managers
The "chief executive officer of digital and marketing", chief officer of supply chain management, president of food and refreshment, chief executive foreign business, and many more who are recognized as the members of the board also play a major role to lead the business.
Operational level managers
President of personal care & beauty, chief executive of Human resource management, chief officer of operating management, executive officers of research and development are under the operational level managers. Apart from this, the organization is also led by 10 non-executive officers.
