Review the example WBS Dictionary elements suggested in your PMBOK Reading (section 5.4.3.1). Refer to the Case Study information presented in your Week 5 lab assignment (ATS Training Project on behalf of Potter Enterprises).   Create a WBS dictionary for the WBS Element “Identify Stakeholders” that was (or should have been) a WBS Element within the Initiate Project phase of your Lab 5 assignment.  Note the following guidelines as you complete this task: o You only need to create the dictionary entry for the single WBS element referenced above – there is no requirement to describe multiple elements comprising the entire WBS. o Your WBS dictionary description needs to include all attributes referenced within the PMBOK description of the WBS Dictionary (section 5.4.3.1). o You will not be graded on whether your responses to this assignment are realistic for an actual corporate training project. Rather you will be graded on whether you understand the nature of information that should be associated with each dictionary entry. o For example, for the dictionary attribute ‘Responsible Organization’, it is not important what organization you use in your response. The intent is for you to show that you understand that an organization will be responsible for completing the related deliverables and work packages associated with the ID Stakeholders WBS Element.
