below-
 Temperature change in the hot car
 Hygiene of the knife that is used to trim steaks and cut vegetables
 Leaving foods out on the corner
 Fully uncooked steaks

Ans: Jeremiah could have done few thinks to ensure the hygienic condition of the foods-
 He could have washed the knife thoroughly before using that.
 He should have washed meat thoroughly before cooking.
 He could have avoided the hot car.
 He must not had left the food out in the corner.
 He could have avoid eating partially cooked steaks.
3. Why is it safe for steak to be pink in the middle, but potentially dangerous for a hamburger
not to be cooked all the way through?
Ans: Steak is a solid piece of meat and bacteria have not the ability to penetrate inside until
the meat is cut with a fork or a knife (Hayes and Forsythe, 2013). Generally, when sticks are
grilled, bacteria gets killed but in the case of hamburger, grounded meat are used which
makes it really easier to form bacterial colony and thus causing various food poisoning.
