Corporate Level and Business Level Strategy
In relation to business level strategy, corporate level strategy deals with each aspect of
organization such as product development, business partners, stakeholders, consumers,
marketing, employees, etc. On the other hand, business level strategy deals with the specific
business issue such as competitors, pricing strategies and models, etc. (Jansson, 2008).
The main variation between both of these strategies is associated with the internal
synchronization of the different activities. The business unit level strategy helps firms to define
the way by which they can compete in their chosen market niche, whereas under corporate-level
