Resistance to Change
It is more likely considered that the resistance of change is more likely to succeed if the forces resisting the change are stronger than the force driving the change. Some of the most prominent tactics that the resistors opt to thwart the change efforts include- initiating the group resistance, individual resistance, aggressive resistance as well as organizational resistance. These are the most common types of resistance that are adopted by the resistors. The resistors take into account the groups working at the organization and influence them by making them notice the loopholes of the change prescribed so that they would actively support them in the resistance process. Another resistance to change transcribes the individual resistance in which the individual particularly resists the change as he feels it would not be effective for them and so they would resist it.
