Researchers wish to test whether marijuana use among full-time college students aged 19-22 at a local university is different from the percent of students who report using marijuana at the national level. At the national level, 21% of full time college students aged 19-22 reported using marijuana at least once in the past 30 days. At the local university, among a random sample of 100 students, 18% report they used marijuana at least once in the past 30 days. Run the appropriate test at α=.05.
