Guidelines of healthy eating are divided into different sections, and those sections are followed under:
Guideline 1
Guideline one is offered for the achievement as well as maintenance of healthy weight among people in this country. On this note, people have to choose amounts of nutritious foods and drinks in their daily eating habit to meet their daily needs of energy. According to this first guideline children and adolescents have to eat sufficient nutritious foods. It will help children to grow and develop their body in normal ways (Lordan et al. 2018).
Guideline 2
People in this country should enjoy plenty of vegetables of different types and colors. Fruits should be involved in the daily eating habit, and it will help to meet the nutritious level of the body. Grain foods, mostly whole grains and high cereal fiber varieties must include in the healthy eating of people. Bread, cereals, rice, pasta, noodles, polenta and couscous, are the high cereal fiber that helps to manage the weight of a person. Therefore, lean meats and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu and seeds should be taken as the healthy eating diet (Pallazola et al. 2019). Moreover, legumes or beans also help to fulfill the demands of nutrition in the body, and for this, these items must be present in the eating habit of people in Australia. The community should take milk, yoghurt, cheese and their alternative products for meeting the demands of the fat contents in their body. Most importantly, the drinking process of plenty of water is important for everyone. With the drinking habit of a specific quantity of water, one can easily maintain a healthy balance in their overall body cycle.
Guideline 3
People in Australia should limit the intake of foods that contain high saturated fat such as biscuits, cakes, pastries, pies and processed meat.
