Abstract
Background: The acknowledgement of the incapacity problems has significantly amplified and it also advanced into the strategy and preparation in recent years for the children with disabilities in Nepal. It has been observed that the children with disability are continuously experiencing the obstacles in having the basic human rights and also, they are facing obstacles in the inclusion in the socie
ty. The definition of inclusive society can be defined as the key to the social development, allowing equal prospects for all and also allow fair contribution for every individual in the community.
Objective: The objective of this research proposal is to understand the state of the disabled children in Nepal. The investigation will help to assess that how the disability policy and the exercise have been established in order to validate the involvements to the challenges at stake. For intervening in the following matter of concern it is important to pay attention to the complications of how the disability has been rooted into the society, the cultural aspect and the historical process.
Methods: In this study the use of grouping of the qualitative research methods in order to participate the theoretical concepts of the disability with the real life experience in the professional occupied in the field of the disabled children. At first a scope evaluation will be conducted in order to provide the fundamental background of the knowledge regarding the disabled children in the context of Nepal. Then next the analysis will be done on the problem representation with the policy of disability and the practice of the both international and national level to provide the understanding that how and what disability significances have been portrayed in present scenario. Lastly the interview with the disability experts in Nepal will be conducted in order to understand the present situation of the disabled children in Nepal, and what are the inferences of the policy and practice have on the ground level.

1. Introduction
The comprehensive society is measured to be the key for the social development, encouraging the equal prospects and also ensure the fair involvement for everybody in the public services and activities (Felder, 2018). The introduction of social inclusion will help a lot to the disadvantageous group of people especially the disabled children, who often face different types of exclusion that creates barriers in their life for enjoying the basic rights for their inclusion in the society. It has been assessed that about 100 million children under the age of 18 are living with disability, who require supportive environment for developing their utmost capacity for living (Federici et al., 2017). It has been observed that in Nepal, children with disability (CWD) and their family members are often confronted with different type of difficult obstacles because of their socio-economic context and also the high level of poverty they are facing with. There is also the possibility of staying in the poverty in a huge number, malnutrition and also the health is in poor condition. Since, the statistic that is available may vary significantly relying on the definition and the measure it uses to estimate the prevalence of the disability in Nepal, which ranges from 0.5% to 25% where both the disabled children and adults are included (Huang et al., 2017). However, the continuous measures taken by the government and the communities’ efforts have changed significantly for the betterment of CWD.
1.1 Research Purpose
Considering the factor of CWD in Nepal it is important to analyse the policies and the practices which is established to progress the present scenario related with disability in Nepal. The analysis is important in order to conceive the fact that how the disability and societal addition are in order to properly appreciate the current development in the domain of the disability. In order to further gain the thoughtful of the objective behind the present policies and the practices that helps in the identification of the fundamental traditions that have framed the tactic to the disability. This research will help in providing insight towards the concept of disability and how the inclusive approach are brough into the reality. There is a link between the theoretical level of ideas and the real life experience gathered by the professional working in this field with disabled children in the Nepal is the central theme of this research paper.
1.2 Research Objective
The major purpose of this study is to explore different concepts of disability among the children, which will help in enhancing the sympathetic of the condition of disabled children in Nepal. Further the aim of this study is to widen the understanding into present discourse on the disability by further giving the in-depth examination of different fundamental models, and concentrating towards the comprehensiveness of the society. The interest is further in the identification of how the disability policy have been framed and upheld. Therefore, the analysis is conducted in order to demonstrate that how the policies and the practices have been developed and how they are justified with the interventions to challenge the stake of disability of children.
