(also here list the best way you think, to write this research paper and the steps that will be undertaken to complete the research) also list what you think could be done to solve this issue. Generally it is found that big banks and dealers use collateral pledged by non banks on regular 
basis and it helps greatly in lubricating the global financial system. The supply of collateral is 
taken care by hedge funds, insurer funds, money markets and others.  
Research Objectives 
 
The research Objectives of this paper can be defined in two terms which are as follows:- 
1) First we will try to collect and analyzes all the strands given in the literature with respect 
to its use as that its viability can be determined.  
2) Secondly, to confront all these models postulated on collaterals with the actual data.  
Importance of Research 
 
The motivation and reason to carry out investigation to check how collateral is used because of 
the way it is gaining importance to run the financial system of the world. In the last two decades 
it has been observed that the nexus between nonbank/bank become more complex compare to 
what it is two decades ago. The reason behind these is that the separation that we find earlier 
between various institutions such as hedge funds, pension funds, insurance and other agencies is 
getting less distinct with passage of times because of huge development in financial regulation 
and also many deregulations (Lo et, 2011). The main reason which leads to this evolution is 
because of the way it is used again and again by the financial institutions.
