Your paper should reflect your own original thinking as well as documented information gathered from the various Stage Assignments you’ve completed this semester. You may address “Communication Excellence” in general or you may choose to focus your research and writing on a specific communication component (listening, channel, noise, etc.) or a specific context (Social Sciences, Business, Health Field, Media, Marketing etc.).For example, you paper topic might be Communication Excellence in Marketing. In this case, your research paper will address the following question: What types of communication skills are needed to be a successful marketer.Requirements:Your paper should show evidence of personal reflection and critical thinking about the material covered throughout the semester. You should include any knowledge gained from the textbook and/or other class assignments.You need a minimum of three scholarly sources, which must be cross-referenced in your final Works Cited source list. (Your textbook may be used as one of the source)Somewhere in your paper you should include your personal definition of Human Communication has you have come to understand it this semester.Your final paper will be reviewed for grammar and organization as well as content for a total grade. Follow the MLA format.The content of your paper should be 2-3 pages (not counting the bibliography and title page) using Times New Roman and 12 point font.

Communication excellence is one of the important skills which any employee needs to develop in business. For a leader or a manager in any organization, there are certain skills which the leader needs to master for effective results. Among the various skills efficiency in communication is an important skill which the marketers and business managers need to develop. Communication excellence allows the manager or the leader in saving time, increase in the engagement process, productivity and enhancing client relationship. In any business leadership connecting is an important part of the business operation. It allows the person to oversee the learning, change and behaviour of the staffs in the organization. 
A person is said to have communication excellence when his communication encourages other people to participate in the discussion, sharing the view. Again, according to Lyu and Yi‐Hui, communication is a subconscious process where an individual has the capability of connecting with others by building a rapport. Another aspect of an excellent communication process is during the communication how the other person can process the information conveyed by the first person is crucial.  This also ensures that both the person involved in the communication in a business setting are connected with an easy flow of conversation. Excellent communication will have clarity and prevent the spread of misleading conceptions that may impact on the company’s image.
