Over the years it has been well recognized that the nature relating to political power happens to exist within societal influences along with the allocation of public resources. 
Therefore, it is important to shed light on the matter relating to the inequality of the public goods in the private as well as public goods. This assignment will aim to investigate the matters that will be effective for the political competition relating to the delivery of the public goods in a manner of measurement relating to the political fragmentation.  The inequality relating to the outcomes are exhibited by the social groups. This kind of inequality is also known as ‘Horizontal Inequality.
