Requirements
This assignment is based on the CommWest Client Services Hub case study (attached).
As Project Manager of the CommWest Client Services Hub project, the Project Sponsor has asked
you to develop the project plan keeping in mind that the project should be finished by September
30th 2018. The project plan will be used to present the detailed parameters of the project for signoff
by the Project Sponsor and Executive Team of CommWest. If these detailed parameters of the
project are accepted, then the project may proceed to the project execution phase.
