All the members or stakeholders should be experts in their domains and subject matters when included in the brainstorming method. Numerous ideas and knowledge gives a storehouse of information and stakeholders can select from various ideas. All the members should be given equal amount of time to present their ideas and the session will be conducted around a table discussion. This elicitation method has been selected because after this session, the outcome will be creative thinking, in a short span of time, plenty of creative ideas can be attainted and lastly, equal participation of all members is promoted (Rafiq, Bajwa, Wang & Lunesu, 2017). Interview Used for requirement elicitation, interview is the most usual method. For establishing strong association between the stakeholders and business analyst, interview method will be used. The interviewer will directly question the stakeholders to get information with the help of this method. The most frequently used is one-on-one interview. It will be a structured interview, where the interviewer will be having a predetermined set of questions. This method is selected because it will have interactive conversation with stakeholders, will have an instant continuation to confirm the understanding of interviewer, participation will be encouraged and will develop connections by forming bond with the stakeholders. Observation The key purpose of the observation elicitation method is to comprehend the task, tools and activity used for it and actions done by others. All the stakeholders are conscious of the persistence of the observation term is made sure by the method of observation. The expected results are agreed upon by the stakeholders and that the term comes across their potentials. The participants should be informed that their performances are not being judged. For this stakeholder engagement plan, passive observation which is a silent session observation will be used and observe how the work is being done without inferring them. This method is selected because it will help the observer to get rational perception into the work and easy identification of improved areas can be done (Rafiq, Bajwa, Wang & Lunesu, 2017). Questionnaire In this type of elicitation method, the stakeholders will be provided with a set of questions in order to enumerate their opinions. Data is evaluated to recognise the stakeholders’ space of interest after the gathering of the answers from stakeholders. Questions will be unambiguous and direct and based on high significance threats. Notifications to participants and reminding them to participate should be done once the questionnaire is ready. Close ended questionnaire will be implemented to see the diverse replies of the stakeholders on the same questions. This method is selected because it will be helpful in getting information from huge audience, it is not time consuming for participants to reply and more precise information can be obtained related to interviews. Information Gathering Tool Use for Each Method Brainstorming: There should predefine the time limit for the term. Advance identification of the participants should be done, inclusion of 6 to 8 participants only in the brainstorming term, a clear agenda to all the participants should be provided and setting of vibrant expectations with the participants should be done. In order to remove all the duplicate ideas, combine the ideas once all the information is obtained and after the completion of final list, distribute it amongst other participants (Rafiq, Bajwa, Wang & Lunesu, 2017). Interview: The whole persistence of executing the interviews must be clear. Advance identification of the interviewees is required. There should be a communication about the interview aims to the interviewee. Before the interview, all the questions for interview should be prepared. The predefinition of the location of the interview should be done. Description of the time limit should be provided. The information after the interview should be organised as soon as possible and the confirmation of the results should be given to the interviewee by the interviewer. Observation: During this elicitation method, all the activities should be recorded by the observer and the time that has been consumed to execute and carry out the work by other participants. This is because he or she can put on the equivalent. The outcomes will be reviewed after the observation session and will track on the participants. The session of observation can be either active or passive as per the requirement of the situation (Rafiq, Bajwa, Wang & Lunesu, 2017). Questionnaire: There are two types of questionnaire used as tools to gather information. The first one is the open-ended questionnaire in which there is freedom given to respondents to answer the questions in their own words rather than choosing from the given responses.
