What is CCC?
Culture is a way of thinking and a way of life in which people can acquire a set of values, attitudes, beliefs, and norms that are trained and strengthened by the other members of the group. This is a basic set of assumptions as well as solutions for world problems are a common system which is passed down from generation to generation to guarantee survival. Cross-cultural communication refers to the communication between the people who differ in the following ways: work style, age, race, race, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, etc. Intercultural communication can likewise refer to the exchange of language, gestures and body language, negotiation and mediation of cultural differences (Odine, 2018). This is how the people of diverse cultures communicate with everyone.
Everyone can practice the culture at different levels. He grew up in a community culture, workplace and other culture of work culture, becoming active participants or slowly withdrawing. A person often faces conflicts between his original culture and most of the cultures he contacts every day. Cultural conflicts have occurred because individuals believe that their culture is better than others.
Why is it important in business?
CCC is of strategic importance to a company because of the development of the global trade, technology moreover the Internet (Zhu, 2007). Understanding CCCs is significant for organizing with different employees or companies that plan business at an international level. This statement includes an understanding and determining of how people from different cultures speak, talk, communicate and perceive the world around them. CCC in the organization involves understanding different business practices, beliefs as well as communication strategies. Also, language differences, the low and high culture of context, power distance and nonverbal differences are the main factors influencing CCC. Businesses have changed from individual state capitalism to global capitalism. Therefore, cross-cultural communication research initially sought global expansion in businesses and governments (Cardon, 2010). The company starts providing language training to employees. Companies also find that all their employees do not have the capability to work overseas in the globalized market.
CCC seeks to bring together culturally anthropological and relatively unrelated areas such as established communication areas. The core is to build and understand how people from diverse cultures communicate with other employees. The aim is also to develop guidelines for people from diverse cultural backgrounds to better communication between them.
What is the purpose of ethics?
In science and art, it is allowed to break ground, explore phenomena and ideas, or improve the model of describing phenomena, especially in the absence of teleology and ultimate game, moral requirements to understand the limitations of society, therefore, looking for the ultimate game, purpose and Controlled behavior of the purpose.
The purpose of ethics is to define acceptable human behavior by understanding the types of behavior, its consequences, the limitations of humans and behaviors, and their acceptability.
Business ethics is the ethical code of conduct that companies follow. By properly setting the ethical standards, companies condemn participation and tolerance of behaviors that are considered irresponsible, unfair, illegal, immoral, dangerous, and usually harmful. Companies that implement ethical standards reduce the risk of legal claims as well as can enhance their status as honest and law-abiding corporate citizens. Companies with high ethics often require everyone in their organization to be responsible for maintaining honest and trustworthy behavior (Bucar, 2016).
How does this relate to CCC in business?
Communication skills and knowledge are considered the foundation of the workplace; however, let's take it a step further moreover consider the implications of simply applying this knowledge and skills in the cross-cultural environment and do so in an ethical manner. Effective communication includes articulating yourself, being good at listening, using the appropriate body language, and how to deliver and receive information (Villanueva, 2007).
