You have been assigned to prepare a treatment kit that will address the following rehabilitation goal:

Instructions:
1. Each kit must contain all materials required forthreedifferent enabling or purposeful activities that will meet the rehabilitation goal.
2. Each kit mustcontaina description only foroneoccupation-basedactivity that will meet the treatment goal. You are NOT expected to include any materials in the container for this activity sothe descriptionof this activitymust be clear.
3. Instructions for each of the above activities in the kit must be providedand should be written for an OT or OTA.Include all relevant informationsuch as the supplies/materials required, how the activity works and any special positioning of the patient or materials to carry out the activity.
4. Grading- For each activity you need to incorporate and describe the method(s) for how you would grade the taskto increase/decreasethe demands of the activity.All required materials to successfully grade the activity must be included.Oneapproachto demonstrate activity gradationis to ensure there is an easy, medium and difficult level for each activity.
