Regression Project Regression Project The Soldier Systems Center (Nattick, MA) is designing a revolutionary beverage designed to improve performance the keep soldiers in the fight l onger. As part of the development of the Wartime Energy Recovery (WATER) beverage Nattick measured the amount of combat tasks a random sample of 60 soldiers were able to complete. Each soldier was weighed, their brain weight was predicted from an MRI, and they were given 1 quart of WATER with a certain amount (grams) of electrolytes. Nattick wants to understand the overall impact the varying levels of electrolytes in WATER has on a soldiers ability to complete combat tasks and understand if weight and brain weight are important as well. Create a model predicting total tasks completed using the Nattick study’s data. Determine which variables are important and modify the model accordingly until you find the “best” model based on the d ata. Then use your model to predict the number of tasks that would be completed by the below soldiers: bodyWeight brainWeight electro 150 5 6 200 6 8 235 8 13 Submit at least 3 page executive summary presenting the results of your analysis. Be sure to include a description of the final model; a discussion on what the model tells you (assume the sponsor has no technical knowledge; simple but useful explanation); why variables (if any) were omitted; and any modifications to the data (e.g. correcting for exceptional values). 2. If we give them the electrolytes solution, then how many grams of electrolytes do we need to put in the solution. We are also measuring the Soldiers weight and brain weight. Those are the three variables that we have. 3. Can we predict how many combat tasks a soldier can complete complete after going through a period of training that fatigue them? Can we make the number of tasks complete better, can they do more tasks? 4. Also describe your predicted values with intervals. What does all this mean for the WATER project? 1 tasks, bodyWeight, brainWeight, electro 3,229.4,4.13,5.7 3.3,228.7,3.76,9.2 3.7,227.9,3.67,10.5 4.3,226.2,3.89,7.3 4.3,224.3,3.88,6.6 4.7,227.9,4.07,12.8 5,221.6,3.96,10.9 5.1,220.6,4.19,12.3 5.2,225.5,3.94,12.2 5.2,225.7,4.54,11.9 5.6,218.1,4.32,11.2 5.9,226,4.77,6.2 6.2,219.9,4.25,11.6 6.3,217.1,4.28,7.7 6.4,217.3,4.5,12.1 6.8,203.2,4.5,10.4 7.4,145.8,4.65,12.2 7.5,201.4,4.86,11.7 7.7,199.8,4.55,9.3 7.7,199.6,4.56,8.9 7.8,192.4,4.79,12.7 7.8,192.4,4.69,9.1 7.9,177,5.15,6.3 7.9,187.3,5.05,11 8,178.7,5.14,6.1 8.1,181,4.9,8.8 8.4,189.2,4.91,12 8.4,189.9,5.18,12.3 8.5,193.1,5.02,10.1 8.7,173.6,4.91,9.1 8.9,162.1,5.26,8.3 9.3,165.5,5.85,9 9.7,171,5.75,9.7 10.1,162.1,5.73,6.8 10.2,161.7,5.48,5.2 10.4,169.6,5.42,8 10.5,166.6,5.68,5.6 10.5,170,5.36,10.6 10.8,154.7,5.83,5.8 10.9,158,5.83,6.7 11.2,150.4,6.05,11.2 11.7,150.3,6.05,10.7 11.9,160.5,6.1,6.9 12,153.3,4.42,5.1 12.1,148.4,6.16,5.3 12.2,148.5,6.58,11.3 12.4,141.3,6.58,11.6 12.5,140.2,6.66,10.1 12.7,157.5,6.85,11.8 12.8,142.6,6.61,6.1 13.3,149.7,6.84,8.1 13.8,129.9,6.83,9 13.9,138.2,4.28,6.2 13.9,130.7,6.72,11.9 14.1,134.3,6.91,7 14.2,128,6.8,12.3 14.3,128.4,6.85,12.8 15.5,121.1,6.91,11.1 15.7,124.1,6.93,8.3 15.8,136.3,6.95,11.7
