Reflection
My personal philosophy of organizational change interventions is more inclined towards rational and logical behavior wherein the change programs must be introduced by the leaders with the clarity about the problem followed by a strong commitment to find and solve it. There must be definitive path as well as direction to intervene, however direction plays less important role compared to need of a coherent framework for process management. Logic along with honesty plays key role to define current position as well as desired position and the difference between two shows the need for change intervention. Deployment of scarce resources must be done efficiently by the managers within environment circumstances boundaries so as to achieve organizational goals and objectives (Graetz et al, 2010).
Skills acquired over the course includes communication, vision, strategic analysis and planning towards a concept, knowing and learning about change management principles as well as procedures. Also, the knowledge about leadership styles along with role of leadership in change management process helped me to formulate my own personal philosophy.
