This is instrumental in determining the goodwill of the organization as the ethical conduit has an impact on the structural framework relating to the effectiveness of the operations. It decides on the internal workings on the organization in accordance to the moral grounds, thereby, discarding any kind of unlawful activities that might increase the issues concerning the legalities for the organization. This assignment has been designed for gaining an insight into the concept of ethics in business with reference to some real life experience.

Since 50000 people in the world die out of hunger every day. Therefore, business organization should strive in mandating the aspects of social innovation – which means the eradication of poverty. Creating the social relationships in a manner that will be able to contribute social capital. Now living in the society the organization will have a social responsibility to perform. Therefore, they should strive more towards the social innovation as they will get backup from collaboration from multi-stakeholders.
