Responsibility as an educator is the tough job as it requires to fulfill all the task and the routine as well as it requires to communicate positively with the children (Zirkle, 2016). With the programming of the educator, I was able to develop my skill for communication with the children and also with the parents. There are more that needs to be understood with the help of this program. It is essential for the educator to understand their responsibility regarding the children and also the parents (Fagen, & Long, 2018). I am quite good at communication but with the help of this program, I can share my thoughts and easily communicate with the people. It also helps the educator to treat the children in a positive way and allow the teachers to maintain any kind of issue that may arise. Sharing positive information with the parents and also concerning about their feedback is the responsibility that an educator needs to maintain (Gordon, & Doyle, 2015). I am gradually developing the skill and trying to provide the best solution to the parents and the children.
