    Virtual child pornography is referred to the sexual activities that are displayed through varied
digital channels and the participants are computer generated images of children. As per utilitarian views, child pornography is morally incorrect as children are harmed while the filming of the sex scenes. But in case of virtual pornography, no real children are hurt in the process as the images are produced with the help of technology. There are varied moral issues that are associated with virtual child pornography. Though real children are not involved in the sexual activities in this case, the content generated accelerates the rate of sexual offence carried out against children. Child pornography, be it virtual or non-virtual, leads to the exploitation of children in the society. Certain individuals totally support the fact regarding the ban of child pornography while other has raised strong voices in order to criminalize virtual child pornography. Such kind of explicit content gives rise to the abusive fantasies of the individuals and develops a negative fetish for child sex (Young).
    Some individuals state that a ban on virtual child pornography would be violating the rights to privacy and rights to freedom of expression.
