This statement is made by Hale casually when Ms. Peters draws her attention to what she considers to be the meaning of the explosive fruit conservation jars. He politely protests women because they don't have common sense and mental focus, but says people can excuse their flaws because they are girls alone, and they cope with little, no matter how important things they are each day, so they don't know. His remarks often imply that women must be frivolous since they trade with triviality. His patronizing voice is nevertheless impaired during the game, since the women eventually overwhelm the people and show their interest, and Glaspell does not coincidentally make women join after he pronounces this phrase. Meanwhile, men spend all their time searching for evidence because they forgot that evidence is often small, especially when there are no eyewitnesses.
Introduction
The play's framework covers all its major elements–the narrative, characters and themes. The episodic game, like William Shakespeare's Hamlet, requires a lot of twists and turns, multiple people and places, and a lot of time to unravel the plot.
