Introduction
Principal sets the tone for the school's culture, whether purposefully or accidentally. Negative, or toxic, school cultures exist when the staffs is highly dispersed. This experiment investigates how administrators and teachers in a particular school perceive school culture. I'll compare administrators' and teachers' perceptions of school culture by examining the data from the "School Culture Triage Survey".
Analysis of the survey result
The purpose of this study was to identify aspects of school culture that were not regarded in the same way by the two groups, with the goal of uniting the groups and enhancing school culture. “Each group's data was evaluated independently and compared to see where there were parallels and differences in views, as well as which aspects were viewed differently. Teachers and the management team were surveyed using the "School Culture Triage Survey." The survey findings are discussed in this part, along with an analysis of the survey replies.
The School Culture Triage Survey was used to gather data. The people received 15 questions. The results of each survey question were averaged for each group once the data was collected. Each researcher calculated this score by adding all of the scores together and then dividing by the number of scores. Professional Collaboration is the first five items in the School Culture Triage Survey, which is broken into three pieces. Affiliative Collegiality is the second part. Self-Determination/Efficacy is the third part. The School Culture Triage Survey's composite score for teachers was 67.6, which is considered satisfactory, with the recommendation to "watch and sustain making positive modifications." The administration had a score of 68.5, which was 0.8 points better than the instructors.
