Affifa works for a well reputed university. She always wanted to be the head of department. Finally after lots of hard work she managed to become the head of the Psychology department in her university.  She has achieved her vision and feels very happy with self.  But from the day she has taken charge of office, she is facing unexpected challenges.

Her assistants don’t complete tasks according to her expectations. She found herself most of the time behaving aggressively with juniors. Due to continuously facing such issues, she is now facing some health issues more than before like shoulder pain and more frequent cold. Now most of the time she is thinking that she is a failure.
