Recently, he observed that during the last six months, many ethical problems have emerged in his company, resulting in ethical dilemmas, which he feels need to be resolved immediately, before it goes to the Director Major (Retd) Anil Singh. These are i) One customer wants refund for the automobile part he purchased. ii) Product quality in the workshop is deteriorating. ii) The company procedures restrict the application of a particular process for certain tasks. iv) A fellow colleague being harassed and afraid to say anything. v) He wants to correct some of his earlier mistakes which his boss does not know. Ram also knows that if all the above ethical dilemmas are not resolved, he is likely to lose his job, as Major Anil Singh is a very upright person in maintaining corporate and professional ethics.
