The business managers use different methods and strategy for increasing the revenue and growth level of the organization. In this research paper, we are analyzing the program implemented by the company Consolidated Furniture Corp for increasing the sales and attaining the profitability.
1.0 Ethical Dilemma
While analyzing the case we can understand that for getting the bonus for the year the SPD team is introducing the sales acceleration program. As per the statement of Ethical Professional Practice of Institute of management accountants creating a budget (Okafor et al 2018), slack is a violation of several obligations. From the case study, we can understand the workers and managers tried hard for improving the performance, but due to the market conditions, they are not able to meet the target.
