Technology usage within local firms has contributed towards ensuring the success of an organisation. This also ensures an improved height of customer contentment in terms of dependability and quality of the services delivered.
Effect of MIS Usage in Small Businesses
The success of MIS usage within small businesses is recorded through accessing the levels of system utilisation and the level of user information satisfaction. Within small organizations and firms, the act of application processing can be carried out either internally or externally to an organization. The impact of utilising MIS within small firms ensures an improved level of customer satisfaction in terms of the applications designed. More time is saved when modifications are being made on the already designed applications, which in turn ensure an improved level of customer satisfaction (Raymond, 1985, p. 37).
