Introduction
    Mr. Smith had always been attracted to men more than women since the age he was 8-10 years old. His mother did not provided him with enough attention which he required during childhood, instead she was busy with other individuals. This led him to hang out with guys elder than him and maintain some relationships with them. He has also been consuming alcohol and marijuana since childhood. When he met Timmy and his mother he was more attracted to Timmy and that is why he married his mother whose husband left her and was now broke. Then he made Timmy to get indulged with the oral sex by manipulating him about sex and masturbation and freedom. Therefore, in this report it will be crucial to determine whether Mr. Smith did the offence intentionally or was he mentally disturbed.

    Initially the offense was denied by Mr. Smith however, later he confessed and took full responsibility of the offense. Moreover, he kept some points such as according to him he was not forcing his step-son instead he was just giving him information regarding sex and masturbation which a father must provide.
