Valentina Cardillo September 16, 2020 Mrs. Groden English 7-1 Title: Tokyo Heist (REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST USE YOUR IR BOOK, NOT Tokyo Heist). Author:Diana Renn Character:Violet Valentina: What made you want to step up and try to solve the mystery? A answer: Violet: I never had been noticed by my dad. There was nothing special or unique about me. This was my chance to show there was more to me than people thought. I also had to step up to solve the mystery because I thought my dad’s life was in danger. Someone broke into his house, and he is a possible suspect with the FBI. I also need the money to support my writing. I also really wanted to look good in front of Edge. Valentina: How did you deal with the publicity that came with solving this mystery? B answer: Violet: Initially, I liked the fame. I was hoping it would make me popular and that people would like me. But, then I stopped liking it. It was too much. I couldn’t handle it. Valentina: Why did you continue to solve the mystery when no one believed you? Violet: My dad was threatened and I felt like I had to help save his life. I wanted to be right for once. I wanted to impress Edge and get him to like me. Valentina: What made you think that Skye was a suspect? Violet: I saw her walking with a big, black bag. It looked like there could be a picture in there. I also saw you with guys who looked suspicious. I knew they wanted the painting. I decided to follower her to see if she had the painting.
