There are various factors that motivates customers to buy a product for two reasons either logical or emotional reasons so by understanding the feelings emotions,thoughts values and beliefs and at the same time ,it is equally important to showcase the trust and transparency for the products that companies are dealing in so that customers can feel connected with the associated product
After reading the article, answer the following considering the paint market where noted:

Features are something that describe the technical and descriptive aspect of a product where as benefits are something which clearly states that why the associated features of a product matters for customers and also to check how those features matters to customers.In summary feature describes what and benefit describes why ,this is one of the major difference that is associated with a particular product
