Random models are appropriate when we are content simply to make statements about the factor levels actually used in the experiment and not about some larger group of factor levels.
An experiment has five factor levels. Each group had a sample size of three. A portion of the ANOVA table is shown below.
(a) Fill in the missing portion of the table.
(b) Calculate a p value for the test statistic, and write the appropriate conclusion.
