1. Is this project practical and achievable? 2. What are the barriers associated with this project? Do you think my project is too large scale? If yes, how can we make this project more focused? Should I make my goal more specific? i.e. I have outlined wanting to “increase referrals before discharge”- is this sufficient or should I include a target number like “improved by 20%”? And if so, how do I know if that target number is realistic? I believe for this project to succeed I will need to involve human resources, IT department and have upper management support. What other service involvement can I include to promote my project's success? A major barrier to this project would include not engaging key stakeholders, can you think of any others?
