They are a nongovernmental organization (NGO) that works worldwide for women's rights to reproductive health care. As sexual issues have come out more into the open in recent decades and the issues have become more controversial because of rapid social and cultural changes, the IPPF has moved into taking positions on sexual rights. Building on our module on reproductive health, rights, and justice, you will see a lot of connections here between sexuality and those issues!
